Software Developer / Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Title: Software Developer / Full Stack Software Engineer

IPQualityScore (IPQS) is seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions to help stop fraud and detect malicious actors on the internet. If you have a passion for technology and software development or a passion for analyzing malicious traffic, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement new features.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Ensure software solutions meet customer requirements and are delivered on time.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with new software development technologies and programming languages.

 

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience or greater in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of at least 2 programming languages. (Python, PHP, Golang, NodeJS, VueJS, TypeScript, Java, C, C#, C++, Rust, etc…)
  • Understanding of Linux and basic system administration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Git and SQL.
  • Willing to pick up and program in PHP, Golang and other languages as assigned.

 

Extra Points For:

  • Expertise in Data Leak technology and Dark Web Data Leak detection/Prevention
  • Understanding of PHP and Golang.
  • Ability to work in VueJS.
  • Advanced system administration skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MySQL.
  • Ability to work in low level languages and/or understand binary.
  • Advanced knowledge of virus scanning technology and/or malware analysis.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting clients with issues ranging from billing & integration to analyzing results.   • Manage email address inboxes and support ticket pipelines for customer support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, development, leadership) to resolve complex issues and support clients.
  • Comfortable working with a task management system to complete assigned projects.

  • Troubleshoot and debug customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with technology trends and cybersecurity industry news.

 

Requirements:

Solutions Architect

Job Title: Solutions Architect

IPQS is seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be leveraging your skills with coding and implementing technical solutions to assist our largest and most prestigious clients. From presenting specific IPQS solutions to showcase our product to ensuring a smooth transition to production as customers purchase our solutions, you will be focusing on time to value. You will be asked to help solve issues and provide solutions to help stop fraud and detect malicious actors on the internet. If you have a background in code, a passion for technology, a desire to solve customer problems, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with our CTO to showcase solutions for customers
  • Work with our top customers pre and post-sales
  • Assist customers with their deployment of their IPQS solution with a focus on time-to-value
  • Solve technical issues (broad range of code challenges, integration strategies, solving bugs, etc.)
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Minor QA/bug testing
  • Bug reporting
  • Handling data disputes

 

Requirements:

  •  4 years experience or greater as a Solutions Architect,Systems Engineering, or a similar role.
  • Skilled in programming (Python, JavaScript), with a deep understanding of fraud prevention technologies and data platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to interact with diverse clients (developers, CTOs, salespeople, cybersecurity analysts) and simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills for tailored customer solutions, innovative and creative in applying tools.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, both implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

 

Additional Skills:

  • Up-to-date with fraud prevention trends, familiar with regulatory and compliance aspects.
  • Ability to work with sales, support, and product development teams, providing customer feedback for product enhancement.
  • Understand the fundamentals of administration for Windows, Mac OS, Linux, Android, and iOS
  • Basic understanding of deploying VMs in the big three (GCP, Azure, AWS)
  • Understand social engineering attacks at a broad scale
  • High-level understanding of compliance/GDPR/various laws/regulations, etc.
  • Understanding of auto-scaling architecture
  • Certifications in data analytics, programming, or cybersecurity.
  • Willingness to travel for conferences, client meetings, and training sessions.
