This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, customers, community, marketing, and sales. You’ll own our partner ecosystem, Customer Advisory Board, sponsorship strategy, and engagement across relevant digital communities. Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with technology companies, industry organizations, associations, platforms, and complementary service providers.
Identify new partnership opportunities that can generate pipeline, referrals, co-marketing opportunities, customer value, or strategic positioning.
Develop joint initiatives, campaigns, webinars, events, content, and other programs with partners.
Maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders and ensure partnerships remain active and mutually valuable.
Establish a clear framework for evaluating and prioritizing partnership opportunities.
Establish and maintain an active presence in relevant forums, Slack groups, online communities, and industry conversations.
Identify opportunities for IPQS to contribute expertise without turning communities into advertising channels.
Build relationships with community leaders, moderators, influencers, and active members.
Monitor conversations to identify emerging fraud trends, customer pain points, competitive intelligence, and content opportunities.
Create a repeatable community engagement strategy and measure its impact.
Requirements:
3–7+ years of experience in partnerships, partner marketing, community, customer marketing, events, business development, or a related role.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience managing external stakeholders and building long-term relationships.
