Business Development Representative

Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are looking for a high energy, results-driven, team-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our rapidly growing Sales team to extend our success globally. For this BDR role, we are looking for someone interested in honing sales skills and passionate about finding new business opportunities. This role primarily involves organizing outbound sales campaigns, researching prospects, and qualifying each new opportunity. This is a fast-paced role that fits high energy, agile salespeople.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating new sales pipeline with prospective clients in North America
  • Meeting Business Development Quotas.
  • Leading qualification meetings with prospects to identify relevance for potential partnerships
  • Communicating the IPQS value proposition, technology, and value to prospective customers while identifying their requirements
  • Mapping out target accounts and identifying the best approaches to initiate contact with relevant stakeholders within the organization.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field & relevant work ideally in the cybersecurity/fraud prevention space

  • Experience with CRM and Sales tools such as Salesforce, Dialpad, and Zoominfo

We are looking for a motivated, team-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing inbound sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s excited to build their sales skills, connect with potential customers, and help uncover new business opportunities.

In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of the sales process, managing inbound leads, researching prospects, and qualifying opportunities for the team. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads from demo requests, free trial sign-ups, and contact forms
  • Engage prospects through discovery calls to uncover fraud challenges and determine product fit
  • Meet and exceed monthly inbound sales quotas
  • Lead qualification calls with inbound prospects to assess needs and identify the right solution
  • Clearly articulate the IPQS value proposition to incoming prospects while understanding their technical and business requirements

Requirements:

IPQS is seeking a Senior Manager of Expansion Sales to join our fast-growing team to help IPQS renew and expand our client base for our fraud prevention tools. In this role, the Senior Manager, will focus on collaborating with leaders across Sales, Product and other teams to ensure our clients renew and expand.  

Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage a team of Account Managers and Customer Success Managers
  • Own all aspects of the team and team members’ success including; Achieving assigned net revenue retention, sales expansion, and cross sell/upsell targets. 
  • Own Recruitment, Hiring, Training & Development and on-going coaching and career development of the team.
  • Ensure consistency of best practices across the entire team, operationally and via the sales process
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage all aspects of the teams’ activities, opportunity discovery, opportunity management and accurate forecasting
  • Work closely with other Sales, Customer and Marketing leadership to facilitate frequent and open communications regarding the performance of the team and explore ways to improve all related processes
  • Develop and maintain a deep level of understanding of the problems our clients face and how IPQS helps solve these challenges
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with team members to review performance, listen to calls, provide coaching and direction on ways to improve and succeed
  • Lead weekly team meetings to build momentum and motivation amongst the team and share pertinent information on progress toward team goals
  • Active engagement in sales cycles.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a “hands on” sales management role

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales people management experience in a startup SaaS environment
  • 3+ years of experience with renewals, cross sell and upsell
  • Demonstrated experience with Customer Success and Account Management
  • Experience with the fraud prevention industry, competitors, and tools
  • Prior experience as an individual contributor in a sales role within a SaaS environment
  • High level of professionalism and work ethic
  • Ability to utilize Salesforce and activity metrics to discern team performance and rapidly discover areas for improvement, and implement plans to effect those improvements
  • Effective coaching and counseling others
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client engagements
  • Highly energetic, positive and enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative orientation

Job Title: Partnership Manager

We’re looking for a Partner Manager to build and manage the relationships, communities, and strategic programs that strengthen our position in the fraud prevention ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, customers, community, marketing, and sales. You’ll own our partner ecosystem, Customer Advisory Board, sponsorship strategy, and engagement across relevant digital communities. You’ll turn those relationships into meaningful customer insights, brand awareness, content, and commercial opportunities.

You’ll work closely with the VP of Sales and CTO to understand company priorities, product capabilities, market facts, and strategic direction, then translate those inputs into partner and community programs that have measurable impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit high-performing Value Added Resellers, Referral Partners, and Technology Partners to expand market coverage.

  • Drive joint sales pipelines and hit annual revenue quotas.

  • Train partner sales and technical teams on product value.

  • Co-sell with partners on enterprise deals and client pitches.

  • Design and execute joint go-to-market and marketing plans.

  • Track metrics like deal registration, win rates, and channel ROI.

  • Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with technology companies, industry organizations, associations, platforms, and complementary service providers.

  • Build relationships with community leaders, moderators, influencers, and active members.

  • Monitor conversations to identify emerging fraud trends, customer pain points, competitive intelligence, and content opportunities.

  • Create a repeatable community engagement strategy and measure its impact.

Requirements:

  • 3–7+ years of experience in partnerships, partner marketing, community, customer marketing, events, business development, or a related role.

  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Experience managing external stakeholders and building long-term relationships.

  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.

  • Strong project management and follow-through.

  • Comfortable working across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership.

  • Ability to turn ambiguous ideas into structured programs.

  • Commercial mindset—you understand that relationships should ultimately create value for the business and its customers.
