What are Click Farms?
Rampant click fraud tends to originate from Click Farms, which use proxy connections to spoof their location. Workers in these Click Farms will operate hundreds of unique, real devices in an attempt to appear as a normal user. They will even go to great lengths to exhibit natural user behavior, such as browsing a site for a certain period of time and engaging with the site after submitting a fraudulent click. A recent police raid in Thailand discovered a Click Farm that had nearly 350,000 SIM Cards at their disposal.
