Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue with the Bulk Validation CSV API where it would sometimes return a CSV with formatting issues and misaligned columns if the results contained a name that included an apostrophe (e.g. "D'Angelo").
- Fixed an issue with the Proxy & VPN Detection API where querying the same IP address multiple times may incorrectly result in a query timeout error.
