Mobile Device Fingerprinting SDK

Added five new data points to the Mobile Device Fingerprinting SDK: active_vpn, active_tor, abuse_velocity, mobile, and zip_code. These additions bring the Mobile Device Fingerprinting SDK to feature parity with the Device Fingerprint API.

Added five new data points to the IP Reputation Database: TrustedApplication, SharedIP, FrequentAbuser, SecurityScanner, and DynamicIP. These data points provide additional context for identifying trusted services, shared infrastructure, repeat abuse, security scanning activity, and dynamically assigned IP addresses.

Fixed an issue with the Phone Number Validation API where some wireless phone numbers were incorrectly identified as VOIP numbers.
Fixed an issue with the iOS version of the Mobile Device Fingerprinting SDK where the phone number verification call would sometimes return a 404 error and fail.
Fixed an issue with the Mobile Device Fingerprinting SDK where it would sometimes fail to return a country code for non-US countries.
Fixed an issue across multiple APIs where the "first_seen" response parameter would return dates and times in the future.
