Transaction Scoring API

Added support for using a custom transaction ID to connect related API lookups to the same Transaction Scoring API request. These related results can now be used when calculating the transaction's risk score.
Added new recent_data_matches and recent_unique_user_values velocity data to Transaction Scoring API responses. These fields show how often submitted values were seen in the last 7 days and how many unique values, such as IP addresses or email addresses, were associated with a customer-defined variable.
Added support for XML responses from the Transaction Scoring API. You can now request the Transaction Scoring API return results in XML format.

Fixed an issue with the Email Verification API where email addresses of some legitimate domains were incorrectly being flagged as disposable.
Fixed an issue with the Transaction Scoring API where some transactions would return an incorrectly higher fraud score.
