Fixed an issue with the Advanced Report Tool for the Device Fingerprint API where reports would sometimes not return data if the "Tracker Name" or "Tracker Domain" are selected as data points.

Fixed an issue with the Bulk Validation CSV API where it would not return results for Transaction Scoring if the data only included transaction phone numbers and not any email addresses.
