Fixed an issue with the Proxy & VPN Detection API where the Advanced Reports tool would sometimes return incorrect Request ID values when specific search filters were applied.

Fixed an issue with the Device Fingerprinting API where the Advanced Reports tool would sometimes return invalid links for some Device IDs. Clicking on these links would result in an error message.
